ON OSI: VvV Players can Heal/Res players who are not in their own guild that ARE VvV

ON HERITAGE: You cannot heal/Res another VvV member of another guild.

Simple test, get on VvV and just try to heal with two people in VvV if you want to see for proof.

Yes, since Test got rid of endless journey removal it was kind of difficult to test but some VvV dude let me heal him on one of my old accounts that was still in a guild on Atlantic - I joined VvV on that character to test

Yes two different VvV guilds can heal each other. This was told to me last night by @Joshthegreat since he actively pvp on OSI so I tested it this morning.

I did not check that but I'm assuming since orange people technicqlly aren't bad all it would do is flag you but I can't confirm that as I didn't check

Yeah but it shouldn't matter on OSI there's nothing blocking beneficial acts from other VvV people.
We trchnically should have been able to res you, heal BRK or even heal magus but currently it says beneficial acts and that's not accurate to OSI is all

so, we did have "big boy rules" for heritage built into ServUO, but none of those conditions apply here. Enemies were blocked from healing, probably because thats what it was like for factions. Now, non-vvv should be able to heal, and they would actually be flagged orange to other vvv players for a period of time.

That only stops them from taking your groups AOE it dies not allow crosshealing.

You don't have to be in party. You can be two opposite guilds enemies etc and you can heal eachother if you so please.
