FIXED Mystic Master Spell wasn't proccing the orc mini-boss

I just noticed this when I was in a group of mystics fighting that orc commander. All of my spells (deathray, thunderstorm, fireball) would cause the Commander to drop an orc on my head. However I noticed that the mystics at the fight could channel Nether Blast and not have to worry about the orcs, making him super easy for them.

Reference on Nether Blast

It seems to me that this boss is meant to punish anyone who causes damage with his "orc army"....seems weird that only one spell is immune to the effects.

For Dexters sake, the Orc Commander uses the Orc Brute code to summon the orcs.

I have been watching this spell though.

Basically does non-stop damage. It does need to be double-checked.

Damage deal with this spell seems to be ok , It just not let summon orcs+ as well not let you been targeted by Mobs who is naturally not aggresive
-kill with it swoop=not being attacked all the fight. Attack cu shide-not tgetting targeted.
Any other spell i cast on Cu/Swoop make them starting attack me

Its the creature, not the spell. It was only procing on non-delayed spells. And yes, NetherBolt has been nerfed per EA. The frequency of its damage was reduced the same as magic arrow was. Also, the casting speed was slightly reduced when we did that big spell cast speed update a year ago.

Wait - no - not nether bolt, nether blast. Nether bolt is the magic arrow like spell for mysticism

Mysticism Mastery ability Nether Blast now correctly damages targets within a one tile radius of the blast. Reduced casting time of Nether Blast from 2.25 to 2 seconds.

Nether Blast – The mystic releases a wave of nether energy that pulses on attacked targets based on mastery level and does chaos damage based on mysticism skill, and focus or imbuing skill. Nether Blast also can apply a mana rip debuff to targets that are hit which will cause the target to lose extra mana and restores that mana to the Nether Blast caster.


And the mana rip on Heritage isn't working either. When a mob is out of mana you still gain mana. And it is supposed to only rip mana when a mob uses mana, but right now its like a mana leech effect on weapons. Just keeps giving mana no matter what.

The only thing I'm not able to tell you without testing, is the frequency of the "pulse". Currently its like an uzi. Probably shouldn't stack so much damage

Gotcha. Reduced cast time to 2 seconds. Its alreday hitting mobiles 1 tile away.
