What about a young player donation chest at the Luna and Haven bank where players can leave stuff (armor, weapons, jewelry, ext) for new players. Once players loose their young status they can no longer access the chest and can then add to it. Once a week or two have the box refresh and delete contents to start over.

And before something about vendors is said. Most people here will help a new to the shard person out by just giving them stuff to get started.

I guess if vendors is the direction we want to go, a feature that would allow our vendor to be only accessed by young, or be able to place a young label on a sale item so that only young can purchase it.
