Not A Bug Wall not working

Down in the solen hive there is a wall between the solen nest, and the spiders nest to the south, the spiders can cast and teleport across it... you can see the coordinates in the journal.

This was always like this on the official serves also. I am not sure why but it has been this way for along time. It's not just a heritage thing. But yes it could be considered a bug i guess but a very old one lol.
