Currently to turn wood in on Heritage you must have it in your backpack and not in commodity deed form
It should allow you to have commodity deeds in your backpack and turn in for points
Vesper Turn In Should Recognize Items that are in Commodity Deeds so long as they are on your player
In the Below Screenshot on OSI TC, I have a commodity deed in my pack and can select the bubble to turn these 500 wood boards in to the collection.
In this screenshot, the commodity deed is no longer in my backpack and therefore cannot turn in (obviously but wanted to prove that they needed to be in your backpack)
Here is a capture from Heritage where the filled commodity deed in my backpack is not registering available for turnin.
