I am now no longer getting a check.. to be exact im no longer getting anything!
I feel i may have not gone into enough detail with the 1st post, so im going to go into as much detail as i can..
Also i cannot confirm this myself on realUO cuse housing requires a subscription. But bear with me and let me explain.
When a vendor goes 3 months inactive at South Luna Vendor house. I cancel the rental by:
Contract Options
Then under "Renew On Expiration?" I click the arror next to "Landlord:" and set it to NO, meaning when the current rental cycle expires, the contract "WILL NOT" renew.
From this point the vendor goes to the Moving Crate, and is only accessible by the owner.. for a set time, via the house sign.
The owner of the vendor has a set amount of time to claim this inventory..
29 hours is not the exact time, i have not checked it in a while, and not sure how long this timer has been running.
Once this timer expires the remaining items and gold from the vendor becomes the house owners property, Or thats how it was before the prior bug report was fixed. The gold was being transferred to the house owner via a check, & now seems to be going to the vendor owner, as im not seeing any kind of notification that i received any gold from the last vendor, only the inventory.
With that said, I wouldn't see the need for a timer once the vendor drops and goes into the "Moving Crate" if the owner was going to get it after the time expired anyway..
"Logic States" if there is a timer set in motion for the owner of the vendor to claim his stuff, it is assumed that if the owner does not claim the inventory and gold, when the timer expires, then it becomes the house owners property.
As I told Dan, I do not have the means, or the time to test this on realUO, as it requires a subscription to own a house.
