Cannot Reproduce Vendor Contracts - two issues

There are two issues with vendor contracts.

The first, is that when I set them to auto renew, and they have a FREE contract, they will still expire after the lease.

The second, is that when they expire, the owner of the house can scoop up the inventory by clicking the house sign. It should only be the player who lost the vendor.

So for the second, if the owner of the vendor does not retrieve the items after 7 days, their contents are turned over to the owner of the house.

And I was able to retrieve them. Thing is, Omalley could have also retrieved them. I don't think it was 7 days. The gump said it would expire in 86 hours. But he was still able to retrieve them.

I visit the South Vendor house, almost everyday.. and i just noticed them gone yesterday, Magus came to me and said they were gone, I had though he removed them cuse he owns property in luna now.. but i was mistaken

Are you sure for the the first bug that BOTH players had set auto renew to be turned on?

I am quite positive that I did. However.....lets assume I didn't. lol

I know for sure i did, Always do.. I always remind the renter to auto renew as well, and in this case, he "said" he did..

If you are RENTING vendors to another player does it allow you to customize your house?

Dexter is having a hard time replicating the house owner AND vendor owner accessing a rented vendor at the same time.

Its not an active vendor, its a rented vendor that had expired.. before magus pulled his inventory from my house sign, i clicked the house sign, and it gave me the option to claim vendor inventory, just before i clicked it to see what it would do.. Magus had already claimed it, as far as i know.. in my experience, the house owner cannot claim another players vendor inventory.. but my experience with realUO is limited to ML

So though you could see it maybe you couldn't actually move it?

Correct.. the bug could be that it was visible.. or that i could claim magus's leftover items & gold from the expired vendor

Well you should be able to see it. That way as the house owner you know how many hours you still need to wait before it goes to your moving crate, so you could customize, demolish, edit house.

I am unable to reproduce issue where the house owner can access teh vendor owners stuff.
