Do you happen to know if this house recently fell? There is an old bug with these: Some older ones might still be "locked down" in random spots around the world. If it came from a new IDOC, though, then that is concerning.
Yes, the house was demolished. Contract stuck when it was placed and couldn't pick it up or use it. Once house was demolished the contract stayed there.
