The teleporter in the S/E of this image (east of the ankh) should only teleport you to the northernmost teleporter on the map #5 currently it brings you back to where it comes from (tel #3)but that is incorrect. It is meant as a one-way shortcut to the top of the map. This means that the stair maze below the ankh should have teleporters placed to allow you to make across to the east without having to use teleport or shadow jump.
