FIXED Unable to alter Bow of The Infinite Swarm

Attempting to alter a Bow of the Infinite Swarm and cannot get a BS or Fletcher to alter it. Keep getting "you may not alter this item". Firefly went to our TC and dropped the bow on the NPC in TerMur and it altered it, so we know it exists.

I am having trouble finding any official documentation on the item.

"Glaive Of The Infinite Swarm"

I know it exists but I just want to confirm some things before it is allowed to alter on Heritage.

In regards to the item - this is the only link I could find - https://ultimacodes.com/item/glaive-of-the-infinite-swarm-gargoyles-only and it wants to sell it on any shard, so it is an item.

• New Doom crafted artifacts can be converted to gargoyle equivalents by visiting Vrulkax the Exalted Artificer at the Crafting Plaza in the Royal City.

So that accounts for all the other ones mentioned here - https://trueuo.com/threads/may-2021-patch-log.3160/#post-17916 EXCEPT the bow since we know it is an actual drop and not a craftable.

If anyone has some production insight please let me know.

A fix will be pushed shortly. Once it is pushed it will be Blacksmiths that alter it.
