Treasure maps from cu sidhes drop WAY too frequently, and they are for trammel [they should be for ilshenar]

Yeah I am not sure if we have facet specific treasure maps, outside of Trammel and Felucca.

@Dexter are T-maps set at a 1% drop rate? I always thought it was too easy to get T-maps.

Do cusidhe's drop tmaps at all on EA?

This issue has been fixed.

We will also be evaluating all other monsters to make sure there is not an extra Tmap drop.
