Not A Bug Town missing store

Serpents hold trammel is missing a bowyer. The fel side has it sliver serpent bow. There is a bank where it should be( 3052 3373 15). Tram serp has two banks

So I will go ahead and add a bowyer right outside to the west of that bank. However, I am going to leave the bank there. It is a "relic" of a distant time when for a brief second that little area was the starting zone.

Going to mark this Not A Bug as in this situation it was done on purpose.
