Not A Bug Throwing Mastery - Elemental Fury

I have activated a level 3 Throwing mastery and when I try to cast Elemental fury the following message appears:



I have equipped a soul glaive, as I cast, it automatically disarms me and the message appears. I have also tried with a cyclone, character has 120 Throwing skill.

If you need me to test anything else, please let me know. I tried checking the code and I think the problem is within the function CheckWeapon. Only problem is I don't know where the function is located to check the code...

Spell channelling. Try casting enchant weapon first

Interesting. Do we know if this ability should disarm you on EA?

Nothing mentioned about needing SC for any specials anywhere. I would think such a deviation from the norm would warrant a special mention of that. However I haven't been on EA to confirm that behaviour....

This does not happen on my thrower, i use soul glaive as well, it puts the buff on my buff bar. level 3 mastery

its not spell channeling, its a standard hit area, HML, Slayer weapon

Yea, you might have a feature enabled that auto clears hands on cast. Find this in steam/razor and disable it.

Confirmed, it was a Razor feature...

I thought it wasn't activated, my apologies I thought I checked everything...
