Not A Bug Ter Mur Raptor spawns not respawning

Went south of the Royal City portal to the Raptor spawn area. There were a dozen or so spawned there so I killed all of them, and they haven't respawned once it's been around ten minutes now.

30 minute update - still no respawn.

Please say [where and give me those numbers when reporting spawn issues.

905 3808 -38 in Ter Mur

Scratch that. The small amount I found spawned in that location did not respawn, but I found a large amount of them on a different island in the area.

Probably left over from an older outdated spawn.

They could "summon" others to assist. Probably the remnants of those when you first thought you found them. That island you are on is called Raptor Island.
