FIXED Teleporters work in custom mode

Teleporters work in customization mode, they dont teleport you to another floor, but the tile above, on your current floor.


I step on the teleporter..


it teleports me to the location of the destination teleporter, but wont take me off the floor im currently on, only above it on the next floor

Yeah I know for a fact on real UO they are ignored when customizing a house.
