FIXED Taming: Heat of Battle

There seems to be a new bug that came along with the heat of battle debuff. Sometimes while taming pets alone - I get the debuff for heat of battle and cannot use moongates, recall, or gate etc. Nothing to do with PvP or VvV. I think it must count me as having flagged while angering tames and succeding at those tames.

If you use stay command right after taming you will prevent this problem.

Once you tame the pet I believe it should stop attacking and heat of battle should be removed.

Can anyone confirm how this is supposed to work on OSI?

Def a bug - on live the pet upon being tamed looks to instantly invis self or repopulate into the world. It disappears for a split second.

We don't need to go that far with it. Just need to make it not flag the owner right away on tame.

Still happening. Everytime I tame an aggressive pet, my char attack it when it comes into range and the pet attacks too. It seems the game understands as attacking a blue player, thus making me criminal.

This also happens with controlled undead. What happens is that, the pet will cast some kind of delayed spell (firebreath, mindblast, explosion) and while the delay is in effect, a successful tame is achieved. Now the pet is "blue" and the player takes the damage from the delayed spell, it is as if the PLAYER attacked himself and is henceforth flagged as a criminal. This almost always happens to me :(

This issue has been fixed in regards to tamed pets. It MAY have also fixed the issue with controlled pets.

If the issue with controlled pets, like command undead pets, is still an issue post a new bug report.
