FIXED Tamed pets

Pets tamed before Pet Revamp do not jave the option for training

This would be an easy fix, however would have to be pushed through on a save that didn't already have the pet training stuff. I'll put it in and make sure it's working on my end that way you folks don't have to revert your test center to a pre pet training save.

It is easy enough I promise.

After a few fixes I am going to wipe and re-apply to a current Heritage save regardless. Will be easier to identify what is going to be an actual issue for new shards running ServUO code and what was an issue left over from what we are already testing.

Every few edits you add to your branch I am going to delete and remake the TC using the newest main Heritage shard save.
