Not A Bug Super slayer pool has non super slayers in it.

Edit: Actually I don't know which of the last 4 are super slayers, because the UO Wiki page lists the original 6 slayers as super with a (Super Slayer) tag, then in the header it says "3 new super slayers were added for Eodon" yet of the 4 slayers listed, none are tagged (Super Slayer)

All of the last 4 (the new eodon ones) are super slayers. superslayers do 2x damage, regular slayers do 3x damage.

"Three additional super slayers were added with the Time of Legends for inhabitants of Eodon."
They state 3 on the site I linked, yet there's 4 there.

and under the Eodon portion it says:
"Eodon Tribe gives double damage against Eodon tribal people, causing 1.5x damage from other creatures found in the Valley of Eodon. Dinosaur and Myrmidex slayers give double damage."
Which seems it only works vs a single mob, so that would be the outlier no?

Eodon Tribe slayer opposition is Eodon slayer. These are the only group of slayers where they act as super slayers only.

I'm not trying to debate it. I agree with Dan that there's too much conflicting info on it. I find it weird though that it goes someothing like this:
Dinosaurs Slayer: Exclusive to Eodon (outside of customs/events) 2x Dinosaurs
Myrmidex Slayer: Exclusive to Eodon (outside of customs/events) 2x Myrmidex
Eodon Tribe Slayer: Exclusive to Eodon (outside of customs/events) 2x Eodon Tribe, 1.5x received from everything else in Eodon
Eodon Slayer: Exclusive to Eodon (but covers everything in Eodon: Myrmidex, Eodon Tribe, Dinosaurs.) no penalty listed vs anything, no damage specified.

Why it's weird to me though is that there's like 6 types of dinosaurs, but if you go and look at a lesser slayer like Dragon, Ophidian, Spider, Earth Eles, etc. there's a table of monsters it covers then as you make your way to the super slayer it covers the things that the lesser slayers don't cover. I perceived it to be that way (just with the table backwards at the bottom, see the pictures below).
