On OSI if you open a Runic Atlas and in the same motion drag the book, it will refuse to let you pick it up since it is open.
On Heritage, if you click a Runic Atlas and somewhat drag the book, the atlas will not only open, but will be out of your inventory and will be held by your player.
This is an issue as;
If the Runic Atlas opened above your inventory, you cannot click your inventory on the menu so show it, to place your Runic Atlas back.
This usually means you have to drop the Runic Atlas on the ground or drop on your character.
This means not allowing the Runic Atlas to be picked up if it is open. Basically make it work like a normal runebook, which works correctly here.
