Store Item to move character to another account

Is it possible to have a store item to move characters to another one of your accounts, I know it may be considered poor planing, but when you realize you have invested stat/power scrolls on a character that you would like to use with another character but cant because they are on the same account it can be a bit frustrating.

I think this would be a really good idea.

I see something possible IF:

1. The character needed to be naked, no items in their backpack or bank.
2. Various account bound points would obviously not transfer over as they below to the account not the character.
3. Some a check would need to be added to 1. make sure the other account was offline and 2. make sure there is a free spot.

It would be super useful.. especially if they weren't terrible impossible to get...

I dont see any reason why someone could not clear out the bank and be naked prior, I would be willing to go through those minor inconveniences, if it meant i could move them.
