Considering I play during the day 98% of the time, and I rarely see another person in game,
Would it be possible to get an arcane circle set up with NPC's on it so that we can get a circle on it?
Even if it were for a level 5 for a shorter period of time that would be great. I have a character that I never use because getting a circle is impossible.
I've been on other servers where it was in Sanctuary making it a distance to run, but worth it to be able to use the character again.

No gold will be needed to use. They have appeared at the Britain bank in Trammel and Felucca.
