Not A Bug Spawn missing compared to OSI

So in the cave just north of spirituality.. on OSI there is full of Cu Sidhe's... on our server currently there is nothing spawning in there.
Also on the ground there is an item call Broken Crystals (See screen Shots)

So this is actually not a bug and here is the reason why.

An Event Moderator created that spawn on a specific UO shard for an event. That spawn was never removed after the event.

If you go to Test Center, or even check out a few of the other shards, that spawn is not there.

Oh I see hahah... I played atlantic.. and saw them there and was like wth the caves empty here hahahah
my bad next time ill cross reference TC or something

No no all good! Keep the reports coming. Spawns just got wonky, on all the shards, over the years.
