FIXED Solen Infiltrators Are SO FAST

We're talking like... paragon speed. Why are they so fast? Are other monsters fast now too? I'm having horror flashbacks to "28 Days Later." Zombies, man. At that speed? We're all going down. No hope.

Creature movement was adjusted based on stats recently.. and it seems it has made some monsters act, abnormally... speed is determined by either Dex or Stam.. im sure someone will correct me
