Last night i ran a UOSteam script for Spellweaving, woke up to have had minimal gains. Thinking nothing of it, i started up the script again and went about my daily business. About 4 hours later, i had gained .4 in Spellweaving. I recalled to my other house, sat idle for a bit doing other things, then started up the script again. Within a matter of 3 casts i had gained .2 skill, then NOTHING for the next hour. I decided to test this and recalled back to the original house and hit play on the script. Again, i gained .2 with the first few casts then NOTHING for the remainder of the time. Curious, i took to the sea to determine if the old 8x8 mechanics (or some unknown variant) around location was the culprit. I gained like crazy while my alt navigated the boat north! I decided to do a like for like 10 minute comparison of house gains vs. boat gains, below are my results. I have NO IDEA if this is specific to spellweaving, specific to this character or what but the results don't lie...
