So after talking with Disaster41 the other day, he mentioned that some things with Shadowguard aren't OSI accurate here. So I did some research on the matter and he was right.
On stage 1. The pirates do no reflect any damage, but should reflect a portion of the damage taken. As seen here:

On stage 2. Currently you can receive apples from every tree at the same time. On OSI you should only be able to obtain 1 apple at a time it seems.
Though some players use a strategy where they feed the apples to a pet that can eat fruits to speed up the process as seen here https://stratics.com/threads/the-roof-orchard.378322/
On stage 5. The greater dragon boss does not push you around much at all. On OSI he pushes players around a fair bit, though I don't have a clip handy to show for that it's more often than it is currently occurring.
