Cannot Reproduce Scroll of Transcendenace Problem

I had worked my skill to 88.0 (animal taming) I have a collection of pinks. I began to use them. I had 6 0.1 scrolls I began to use them. Skill went to 88.1 and did not move (4 scrolls were used until it was noticed)
My skill total is only 400.3 and the skill is set to the up position.

You know me to be a straight shooter, I'll even attempt to use another in your presence.

If I'm able to replicate it / find the issue and the bug gets fixed I'll replace them.

So while quickly testing I was unable to replicate a situation in which I had empty skill points, the skill set to up, and double-clicked a SoT.

The skill was always applied.

Has anyone ever experienced something similar? Maybe + skill jewelry at the max skill is blocking?

We have been unable to replicate this issue so marking this as Cannot Reproduce at this time.

As a reminder make sure the skill gain message is set to 0 out of tenths in the options setting or you will not see increases of 0.1 when gaining skill, either through practice, or sots.
