Awhile back it was patched to make Scouring Toxin actually have 10 charges, as it was showing a count of ten in the title but not in use. That was fixed.
A new issue exists now that for using a scouring toxin on anything, you need basket weaving. This is a bug, as this requirement should only happen when trying to scour reeds.
This message happened when trying to scour a boomstick, as well as a cape. Both gave errors.
After I learned basketweaving on my tinkerer I was able to scour it.
Please fix.
