Not A Bug Runic Atlas

An exceptional runic atlas should have 100 charges, The weird thing is.. I also have exceptional runic atlas's that have 100 charges.. so not all exceptional versions are 80.

Is it possible that it is in some way "prepatch" or did you just make that one?

Until proven otherwise for now going to mark this as not a bug. Seems to be a "range".
