FIXED Runic Atlas

I made a new character, and gave her a Runic Atlas.. when i tried to recall from the Atlas, nothing happened.. not even a message explaining why.. So i kept trying thinking lag, after 5 tries, I tried the Gate Button.. and i got the message "You do not have that spell" So i opened my spell book to realize i have not given this character a full spell book yet.. which means, i do not have recall either.. the bug is im not getting the message, "You do not have that spell" like i do when i use gate..

Thank you. Can you test with a runebook too? I am asking because the Atlas takes its code directly from the runebook.

The runebook gives me the message "You do not have that spell" for recall

I have fixed the issue. The change will take affect after tomorrows daily restart.
