You can make a repair bench get stuck "in use", even when it's not in use.
I'm not 100% sure how this is happening, since it gets stuck "in use" until server goes down and comes back up.
It seems like if I open the bench, and move a tile or 2 so when I try to repair something it says "you are too far away" (or something to that effect) you cant use it again because it thinks its still in use...It stays this way until the server goes back up, regardless of logging out.
