Remove timer to change masteries.

It is I think a 10 minute timer to change Masteries.

I suggest we remove the timer altogether, as I can't think of it being an exploit to do it faster, and the wait is annoying af. I'll probably forget to change back to what I need.

As lonng as when you switched, any effects that are associated with the previous mastery, disappears.. i dont see why not

cause i could flip to spellweaving, summon a reaper, flip back, and start doing some direct damage masteries.

Agreed but what about changing it to like a 3 minute cooldown or like 5 minutes
