FIXED Reforging SSI on ranged weapons

So, i tried to reforge SSI on my bows using Animated prefix. Went through ~100 bows and didn't get a SINGLE SSI props (plenty of stam regen, stam leech, stam and dex bonuses). Decided to check on melee weapons aswell. Made 20 harvesters and reforged them with same prefix (Animated), result? Got 8 pieces with SSI props.
There's something definitely wrong with reforging SSI on ranged weapons. Could someone check what's going on? I can see that WeaponSpeed attribute exists for weapons but for some reason it doesnt get on bows.

Yep, when the item property info was revamped, ranged was left off the weapon speed list. Weapon speed values should be the same for bows and melee weapons right?

Yup. SSI caps are the same for melee and ranged.
