FIXED Reds can't use stable in fel

I tried to get a pet out of the stable in fel and found that it no longer works. Was able to use stable before the patch that allowed reds to travel to all facets.

@Dexter in Felucca reds can access all NPCs regardless of in guard zone or not.

And you'll have to use the stables at buc's den with you red.

Reds should be able to use NPCs in Felucca.

Reds cannot (at leased they used to not) use vendors in felucca on EA in a guardzone. That’s why they had to go to bucs den for everything.

This has been fixed.

Reds can once again use the Banker and Stables in all towns, in Felucca.
