Duplicate Reclaim Vendor Inventory

It seems the owner of the house, can reclaim vendor inventory when a rented vendor expires. Me and Magus discovered this, this morning.. so split the sov reward with him if there is any. I do not have a screenshot, and he had claimed it all before i had a chance to try, but it did show the option.
