Not A Bug Recipe from Trade Minister

Hi all,
after the patch of Sunday every time that you complete a trade you should recive a recipe

Bug Fixes

• Summons should now correctly generate agro for their target.
• Fixed an issue where the Repair Bench could become bugged out until the next restart.
• CuSidhe color odds slightly tweaked to match production.
• You will once again always get a recipe when completing a trade order with a trade minister.
• Bard skills can now correctly be used when calmed.
• The My Houses menu now correctly displays the facet of the house.

I have done like 10 trade but never recive a recipe. I follow the steps listed here https://uo.com/wiki/ultima-online-wiki/gameplay/quests/trader-quests/ for "An Honest Trade". So i go to one of the city take an order from minister and recive the crate. I fill crate with objects request and i'll go to the other city (i use portal out of the cities). In the destination city click on minister and give him the crate.
I gain only Karma.
I don't know if i do something wrong or may be the fix is not well applied.

You lose your special item drops the second you use portals to move around while doing trade orders.
