Cannot Reproduce Recipe Book

When I tried to add a price for a recipe in the book it locked up. Now it just says that the book is in use and isn't functional.

This issue seems to have been cleared after server restart, and the book functions properly.

Could still be an issue here. If you get time see if you can replicate it.
