Not A Bug Recipe and skill error

When I double clicked the recipe scroll I received this message.
As shown, I am GM Carpentry.
This is Character Uncle Ted.
It did not occur on other recipes.

The system message is saying required "skill(s)". In this items case carpentry AND tailoring are required.

Do you also have 75 tailoring on that character?

sigh, i only checked uoguide...sorry
Sad that you can't just absorb the recipes regardless of skill since you can stone skills off and on a character to suit the requirements to make it. That way only one character has to know all the recipes.
