Are there any elven weapons that humans can't wield?

Most elven weapons are not allowing humans to wield them.

They have all been fixed and will work normally again after the 6am EST daily restart.

I was wondering why the fuck my -29 mage sc weapon i use to train with suddenly wouldnt equip to human chars....
