Not A Bug Pursuit Quest Missing

There's actually quite a few older quests, that were for a limited time, emulation never had added. If the quest is still able to be done on production then it gets added.
While anyone could do the research and push these to the trueuo git this section mostly applies to the Heritage shard. It just so happens that most Heritage bugs exist on TrueUO too, so I keep it patched up. TrueUO specific issues can be reported on the Git.
