FIXED Pumpkin rowboats bugged

i tried placing a pumpkin rowboat off of my tokuno ship but it said i wasn't allowed to, i can place regular rowboats just fine. The pumpkin rowboat can be placed from land just fine as well, its only affected while aboard my ship.

I see the issue and a fix is in. Will be pushed to Heritage in the next 24 to 48 hours.
