FIXED Prism of Light spawners

Spawn Ranges need tweak.
I noticed this in Felucca, perhaps it applies to Trammel as well.

Spawns affected:
The Crystal Vortex and Elementals
Lattice Seekers and Wisp
Unfrozen Mummies and Protectors

I've also noticed Lattice Seekers spawning by the NPC Questers and healer camp in Trammel.
