FIXED Powder keg Portrait from Kings collection

I have the King's Collection and the Ship Painting that gives powder charges was hung in my house and worked fine, it had 210 powder charges collected in it at that point. I went into the house customization mode and it sent the portrait to my moving crate (auto converted to deed form) deleting all 210 powder charges. It seems that the Ship Painting and similar house add-ons that act as containers should function like the Fountain of Life, which requires you to empty it before you can chop it, and doesn't allow the house customization window to open until this requirement is met.
Some other similar House Add-Ons that come to mind: Vet reward Rugs, Ore Cart, Tree Stump, Sheep Statue, Fire Painting and Barrel Sponge (from King's Collection).
Side Note: Davies Locker when chopped will still contain all stored Tmaps and SOS from my experience.

Having the house prevent customization until emptying seems like a good fix. If you just chop them though do they also delete their contents?

Verified. If chopped it will delete the stored contents.
QoL: Would be nice if a gump gave the option to empty entire contents or one individual powder charge upon double-click.

Yeah, I'll do some research on production and see what happens.

I wonder if the "charges" save to the deed, if they are simply lost, or if it just won't let you till emptied.

If anyone has an active production account with one of these items I'd be interested in knowing.

In the mean time I'll do a vendor search on Atlantic and see if I can find any in deed form that also display charges.

On OSI as of today, here are some King's collection items with items-chopped to become a deed showing "contents/charges":


Additionally, Fountain of life becomes a graphic of a closed barrel and retains the bandages that were contained in the fountain when chopped.


Upon re-placing the fountain of life, both the clean bandages and enhanced bandage quantities are restored. My example had about 4200 clean bandages and 3400 enhanced bandages (giving the weight of 760 stones for the 7600 total bandages in the fountain).

The Ship Painting will retain its charges when deeded after the next publish.
