Not A Bug Potential bug with Ethereal Windrunner (2017 Event)

I have two of these ethereal mounts.



One of them has idle animations and one does not.



Is this a bug? They have identical graphic ID's (0x9ed5). I would love for both of them to have the idle animations.

The only way you get the "animation" is by holding a light source that "flickers".
