Not A Bug Player Grown Flax

I may have discovered a bug, while researching another bug..

The more I look into Flax/Flax Bundles the more it sounds like Player Grown Flax should be useable on a spinning wheel to produce "Spools Of Thread" but the flx i bought from @Brosephine 's does not work on a spinning wheel, it wont even produce a targeting reticle when double clicked. I found this info on the"Tailoring" guide on UO.com:

Im not sure of what other resources come from player grown plants.. as some of this is new to me.. so it may take more than my knowledge to track down any more plants that may not be working as intended. Maybe @Brosephine can help shed some light on this?

Actually, Im curious if Flax Bundles drop from plants, like Green Thorns do, now that i think about it. Ive Never grown "Flax"

The Flax I have Is decorative, but looks like harvest-able flax...

Flax bundles CAN BE collected from flax plants. I have tested this. I have not, however, tested whether those flax bundles can then be used on a spinning wheel. I do know that decorative flax plants will no longer yield flax bundles.

So you do harvest it from the plant like a green thorn.. or red leaf, ect...

The decorative.. no.. the item that is harvested from the live plant, maximum of 8, a 'Flax Bundle" can be used on the wheel

Yes. When flax reaches the appropriate maturity, you will be able to harvest flax bundles from it, much like a plant that produces green thorns, red leaves, orange petals, etc... This does not, however, resolve the issue with some peculiar plants not producing the correct resources. Plants take time to grow, so that issue will take time to resolve.
