FIXED Plant Growing Frozen

I have encountered an issue where my plant has suddenly stopped growing at the 3 day mark, it has been stuck in this state for several days now and will not progress to the next stage.

Same thing happening to me. I have 3 garden plots. Replanted them over a week ago and they haven't increased in growth.

I would look back on October 17th when alot of plant stuff got tweaked.

As of this mornings restart a patch was pushed to hopefully fix this.

Is it now working correctly?

Mine says stage 2 now, will check again tomorrow but it appears to be working.
