FIXED Peerless Keys

1) Coagulated legs (Paroxysmus) weigh 30 stones, while all other Peerless Keys weigh one stone.
2) Irk should probably spawn more often at Twisted Wield, after spending sometime there only key I couldn't get is Irk's Brain although it drops 25% time Irk just doesn't spawn often enough.

1. Are we sure it only weighs one?
2. I'll look at the spawns but some of those bosses take a little time on UO too.

2. for me it was 3 brains and just 1 eye. Dont overspawn it for us, unequipped players

So the only issue here we are going to fix is the legs weighing 30 stones.

The legs now weigh 1 stone. This issue has been fixed.
