FIXED Peculiar Poppies Are Not Producing Poppies Dust

I grew a batch to full maturity and each plant neither reached mature age nor pollinated. No resources came available.

Peculiar poppies (peculiar seeds farmed from various monsters) should yield Poppies Dust.

Also, there seem to be other issues with peculiar plants not producing the correct resources. I've noticed, for example, that sugar cane is marked as producing both seeds and resources, but when I grew it I only got the resources (sack of sugar) and no seeds. Will require further investigation and testing.

So the poppies issue should be fixed however this other issue is still being looked into.
