Unable to apply either of these poisons to ninja projectiles.

I tried darkglow on Shuriken and parasitic on Fukiya dart and it says I must be within 'x' amount tiles from my house sign to use this ability. Could be a cliloc error there, however, all that happens is it adds a context to my projectiles and not the poison. The above link confirms that the usage on ninjitsu projectiles should work.
As a side note these poisons were released with UO:SE along side Tokuno facet (Ninjitsu skill, specials, and equipment).

Both these poisons work on hand held [infectious type] weapons.

In my testing it always added the poison but simply added incorrect values for Parasitic and Darkglow poison clilocs. That display issue will be resolved in the next patch.
