FIXED Papua Tinker Stuck under house

I can see this happening on both facets. In Fel, its the tinker shopkeep which is a problem since I need to bribe. In Tram, its the guildmaster who is useless. Unfortunately I can't go under the house to talk to him.

Try dropping the deed on the item handle that pops up?

You can buy and sell - yes - but you cant drag and drop the deed onto him cause there is no LOS
