FIXED On OSI, ressurecting someone else's pet gives a different message.

On OSI, when you resurrect someone else's pet, it says "This owner has been asked to sanctify the resurrection".
This makes more sense than what Heritage currently says, which is "You are able to resurrect the creature.", considering when you are successful with vet rez on someone else's pet they still have to click accept for the rez to be complete.
